He was raised in the hayfields and swamps of Sweetwater creek. Where old moonshine stills rusted away along the trails and lovers names were carved in ancient oaks. It was here that he learned to play harmonica at 9 years old. He found his voice in the little rural Baptist churches of the region.\n\n \n\nHe left home at 16 and later made his way west where he hitchhiked 8\,000 miles and rode Greyhound buses all over the USA. He has performed private events for The Hells Angels Motorcycle Club and rode with them for 4 days nonstop. At age 32 he bought Mabel\, his resonator guitar and became a full time traveling musician.\n\n \n\nTom performs on resonator guitar with a slide\, Lee Oskar harmonicas ( by which he's endorsed) suitcase and tambourine foot percussion and vocals. He performs country music from the 1950s til today from such artists as Hank Williams\, Johnny Cash\, Elvis\, George Strait\, Joe Diffie\, Sawyer Brown\, ACDC\, Jason Aldean\, Cole Swindell and many more.\n\n \n\nHis live shows are tied together by the true stories from which the songs are based. He has performed over 2\,500 shows in 40 states and has won a Best of Utah award\, been featured on CNN and USA Today.
