DESCRIPTION:High Desert HR Association\, an affiliate of SHRM\, presents:\nWyoming Workers' Compensation Risk Management Program\n\nSpeaker:\n\nSteve Jones\, Risk Manager\n\nWyoming Workforce Services\, Workers' Compensation\, Risk Management\n\n \n\nThis program is designed to help employers become proactive in preventing injuries and identifying methods to reduce costs after an injury has occurred. Participants will gain an understanding of the available Risk Management services\, which are free of charge to all Wyoming Worker's Compensation policy holders located in Wyoming. In addition\, an explanation of EMR\, base rate\, and premium banding will be provided along with available discount programs.\n\n \n\nHigh Desert Human Resources Association is recognized by SHRM and HRCI to offer Professional Development Credit (PDCs). This program has been pre-approved for one (1) hour of SHRM and HR General Credit.
