Join me for a gentle guided meditation to give you a little mid-week boost.
This is for everyone! Whether you have experience with guided meditations or you want to see what it's all about, this is a great way to schedule some self-care.
The sessions will be approximately 45 minutes. This is a space set up for personal reflection and relaxation. There will not be any sharing or journaling exercises.
Please bring whatever you need to make yourself comfortable. Yoga mats are available, but if you need blankets, pillows, or bolsters you will need to bring your own.
