Halloween Stroll

Trick or Treat through the streets of Downtown Rock Springs.
Bring your own bag or pick one up at the 3 locations:
        The Stellar Cellar (403 N Front St)
        Rock Springs Library (400 C St.)
        Rock Springs Historical Museum (201 B St.)
Stop by the Rock Springs Civic Center for their Halloween Hoopla -- including costume contests, bounce houses, games, candy and more!  1pm - 5pm with a $2 admission.
Businesses, organization, and community groups are invited to decorate their vehicles and hand out treats long South Main Street.  Plan to arrive and park no later than 9:30am--We'll have spaces reserved just for participating vehicles.  Prizes will be awarded for the best Trunk-or-Treat displays in three categories: Best Use of Theme/Decor, Most Creative Theme, and Best Business/Organization Spirit.  Space is limited!
