        The Stellar Cellar (403 N Front St)
        Rock Springs Library (400 C St.)
        Rock Springs Historical Museum (201 B St.)
Stop by the Rock Springs Civic Center for their Halloween Hoopla -- including costume contests, bounce houses, games, candy and more!  1pm - 5pm with a $2 admission
