Takumi Kato, a master of the Japanese taiko drum, is joined by his three children to perform under the name "Peaceful Forest".  This dynamic family ensemble presents an immersive experience featuring traditional Japanese taiko frumming, melodic flute, and the captivating lion dance.  The group is currently traveling across the United States on a goodwill tour.  their mission is to foster cultural exchange and share heartfelt messages of peace through the universal language ofmusic.  Takumi Kato brings a level of prestige rarely seen in intimate lobby performances.  He was honored with the Grand Prize at an international taiko competition, cementing his status as a premier artist in the field.  His distinguished career includes the privilege of performaing for the Prime Minister of Japan, as well as for Their Majesties the Emperor ad Empress.
