Western's Art Gallery for student artwork

The exhibition provides Western students the opportunity to showcase and sell their work in aprofessional gallery setting. Community members are invited to attned, meet the artists, and expierence the diverse range of artwork on display. The student art exhibiton will feature works made in a number of media, including painting, printmaking, ceramics, drawing, sculpture, and mixed-media appraoches. The variety of work included speaks to both the expanse of Western's art program as well as the creativity of its students. Many of the original artworks in the show represent students' first attempts at professionally exhibiting and selling their art, signaling an important first step in their devolpment as an artist. 

There will be a ceremony held May 14th from 3:30-4:30 Pm in the art gallery.
