• Lead all pre-opening, opening, and ongoing hotel operations in line with Marriott brand standards and Status Hospitality's high-performance culture. • Ensure guest satisfaction and service excellence during both the transition and operational phases. • Build and develop a strong team culture that embraces accountability, quality, and a guest-first mindset. • Drive top-line revenue and bottom-line profitability with innovative leadership and strategic planning. • Uphold rigorous cleanliness, safety, and product presentation standards throughout the renovation and relaunch process. • Train, mentor, and manage staff across all departments, ensuring operational efficiency and morale. • Maintain compliance with Marriott operational policies, corporate expectations, and regulatory guidelines. Qualifications • Minimum 3 years' experience as a General Manager, or 3+ years as an Assistant GM or Senior Department Head in a full-service hotel. • Experience with branded hotel operations is highly preferred (IHG, Marriott, Hilton, etc.). • Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including budgeting, accounting, inventory, sales, and staffing. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospitality management systems. • Demonstrated success in leading teams, solving problems, and achieving results. • Excellent verbal and written communication, customer service, and leadership skills. • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt during a major hotel renovation and brand conversion. • Polished, professional appearance and a passion for delivering world-class hospitality.
