Ascentia has nearly four decades of experience owning and operating manufactured housing, multi-family and commercial real estate. The company's executive management team has directed over 100 real estate transactions and has over 7,000 land lease community spaces and apartment units currently under management in eight states from the Rocky Mountain West to North Carolina. Ascentia employs a number of licensed real estate brokers; are members of the Urban Land Institute, the Rocky Mountain Housing Association/Utah Housing Alliance, the Institute of Real Estate Management, the Metro Denver Apartment Association, the Colorado Association of Real Estate Investors; and have an A+ rating as members of the Better Business Bureau.
