Best Home Health & Hospice has been serving the Southwest Wyoming community with quality and compassionate in-home healthcare since 2004. The Company was founded in Evanston, and has since opened office locations in Bridger Valley, Green River, and Rock Springs. Best Home Health strives to deliver quality outcomes for all of our patients by working alongside loved ones and other medical professionals and physicians. Home Health is a unique aspect of the healthcare industry, allowing patients to be cared for in their homes as they recover and regain strength and independence. For Hospice, Best Home Health strives to ensure a dignified process of systematic care, while also assisting family members through this delicate period. We feel Hospice services should not be perceived as a final step or final chapter, but rather an opportunity to ensure comfort in the best environment possible—the sanctity of one’s home. As a Wyoming community-based healthcare provider, we take pride in hiring local experienced clinician staff, primarily RNs and CNAs, and feel that our team sets the bar for quality and integrity. Best Home Health is a certified Medicare and Medicaid provider, and also has agreements in place with over 50 private insurance companies so the cost of services is covered for those in need.
