About Us

Mission Health Services is a non-profit nursing home organization that has been providing skilled services for the past 25 years. Mission has been giving over 2 million dollars in charitable care each year to care for our vulnerable Elders and disabled adults.

Mission realized that we could do more. In 2008, Mission embarked on a journey to change the culture of nursing homes and how we deliver care to our residents. Since that time, Mission has trained over 350 employees in “culture change philosophy of The Eden Alternative.” Teaching our carepartners what true person-centered care is; caring for the whole person, not just the ailment.

Our homes offer the best, state-of-the art services, combined with the support of community.

We have now added additional foundations to educate the youth in the community about aging and ageism. We then encourage the youth to write the stories of our Elders.
