Fremont Therapy Group and Rocky Mountain Sports & Physical Therapy have merged together to better serve Rock Springs and Green River. Rocky Mountain is a well-respected outpatient physical therapy clinic that has been serving the Rock Springs area under the direction of Michelle Cook since 2000.

Rocky Mountain is a well-respected outpatient physical therapy clinic that has been serving the Rock Springs area under the direction of Michelle Cook, since 2000. Michelle enjoys the clinical aspect of being a physical therapist and, while she is proud to have founded Rocky Mountain nearly 17 years ago, she has a deep desire to focus primarily in the clinical realm.
Along with Michelle and Clinic Director Justin Willis, Rocky Mountain has a strong core staff that will continue to provide the same high level of care that both FTG and Rocky Mountain are known for. Every member of the Rocky Mountain team comes with great knowledge, skills and abilities that will only add to ours, so we look forward to growing with them.

The Rock Springs team offers a skilled range of evidence based treatments, including pre and post operative care, general orthopedics, sports rehabilitation, dry needling, women's health, vestibular and balance issues, pain treatment, and aquatic therapy.
