Sweetwater County Roller Derby Bitter Sweet Bombshells

About Us

The Bitter Sweet Bombshells are Sweetwater County's first and only women's flat track roller derby team.
The team was founded in April of 2013 by Cara (Caraxe) Kelsey, and Miranda (MirDuh) Samsel.
Caraxe and MirDuh are former members of the Naughty Pines Derby Dames roller derby team in Laramie.

The Bitter Sweet Bombshells are entering into their 3rd season, beginning May 7th, 2016 in Jackson, Wyoming.

The Bitter Sweet Bombshells have spent three years becoming an active part of the Sweetwater County community, volunteering at a multitude of events.

The Bombshells are always looking for additional ways to become involved in the community. If your organization is looking for volunteers to help with your event contact the Bombshells!!!

The Bombshells are currently working to acquire their official non-profit 501-c3 designation

The Bitter Sweet Bombshells would like to thank the City of Rock Springs, the Rock Springs Family Recreation Center, and the Sweetwater County Events Complex for all of their support.


Become a Bombshell:

The Basics of Becoming a Bombshell:
Be a female age 18 or over
Own quad skates and all protective gear which includes: a helmet, mouth guard, knee pads, elbow pads, and wrist guards (contact us if you have questions about gear)
No experience is required to join the team
