HOW IT WORKS:
You have your files boxed and ready for destruction. WyoData Security also provides secure locked bins to your location to facilitate the process.

Our technician takes your documents to the mobile shred truck and shreds your documents as you watch the whole process take place.

You will receive a Certification of Destruction for FACTA and HIPPA compliance.

100% of your shredded material is then recycled.


WyoData Security is adamant that your data remains confidential throughout the entire destruction process. We also help you establish a retention schedule for your old business records and let you know when to destroy based on that schedule.

We can come on a weekly, biweekly, monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly basis. We consult with you to make sure you get the schedule that works best, and if your volume changes, then you have the flexibility to alter your schedule for more or less frequent visits.

We also make sure that your data is secure leading up to the day it is shredded. The bins we provide have lids and locks and only WyoData Security has the key for these bins. This will prevent visitors, unauthorized employees, and vendors from accessing this information. We also offer different sized containers to choose from.

As always, WyoData Security assures you are compliant with the current laws in place with a Certificate of Destruction that you will receive when your information is destroyed. This also provides proof that you properly destroyed your documents.

WyoData Security is also a proud green company. All paper that is shredded is recycled.
